What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name (optional), the service you're interested in, your budget range (optional), your preferred contact method and your message. We also record the page you submitted from and, if present, campaign tags in the link you arrived from (such as utm_source), so we know how you found us.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange your consultation and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We don't sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are saved in our website's content management system, which runs on Vercel (hosting) with a Neon database and Vercel Blob storage for images. We may also receive a copy by email and in our business tools, such as a CRM or spreadsheet. Only our team can access these enquiries.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies at present. Your colour theme choice is saved in your browser so the site remembers it. If we add tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel, we will update this page first.
