Which platforms should my business be on?
It depends on who your customers are. Local businesses often do well on Facebook and Instagram, B2B companies usually get more from LinkedIn, and younger audiences are on TikTok. We'll recommend platforms in your free consultation. You don't need to be everywhere.
Do I need to provide photos and videos?
Not necessarily. Real photos of your products, people and premises help a lot, but we can also design graphics, edit clips you record on your phone and advise on simple shoots.
Is paid advertising included?
No. Social media management covers organic content and community management. Paid advertising is a separate service, and it works best when planned together with your content.
How soon will I see results?
